一、 產品用途 Product Usage
本機組主要用于棉、麻、毛、化纖等紡織行業的空氣濾塵系統,過濾和收集流經本機組的氣流中的纖維、粗細塵屑等雜質,起到凈化空氣的作用。
This system is mainly used for dust filtering system in textile industry such as cotton, flax, wool, chemical fiber etc, filters and collects fibers, thick and tiny impurities in the air flow goes through this system, to clean and purify the air.
本機組由兩級濾塵機組組成。第一級為不銹鋼絲網圓盤,過濾和收集氣流中的纖維及較粗的雜質,并通過纖維分離器壓緊排出,第二級由多筒式濾塵器、粉塵壓實器組成,過濾和收集氣流中的粉塵及短絨,由粉塵壓實器壓緊排出。本機組一般采用負壓運行。
This system is combined of two units of filters. The 1st one is stainless steel net disc, to collect and filter fibers and thick impurities in the air flow, which will be pressed before being extracted by fiber separator. The 2nd is combined of multi-drum filter and dust compressor, to filter and collect the dusts and short fibers, which will be pressed before being extracted by dust compressor. This system runs under negative air pressure.
二、產品型號標記 Type and Identification
方向:面對機組進風端,檢修門在左為左式(L),反之為右式(R)
Direction:Face the inlet of system, L means the maintenance door in left , R on the contrary.
規格:以多筒的筒數表示,其中-6A、-6B與-6筒數相同,-6A是在-6的基礎上將內圈最小的取消,增加一只外圈;-6B一級圓盤直徑為φ2300,二級與-6A相同。
Specification:Identified by numbers of drums, -6A、-6B and -6 means 6 drums,-6A has a bigger outer drum but reduced a smallest drum compares to -6. The 1st disc of -6B is φ2300, 2nd disc is the same as -6A.

三、機構特點 Structure Features
1、本機組采用優質長毛絨濾料,過濾阻力小,處理風量大,濾塵效率高。整機占地面積小,在處理風量較大時,占地面積可比其他濾塵設備減少約15%。
This system has little filter resistance with fine plush as filter material, results in large air volume, high filter efficiency. The whole unit occupies small area, about 15% smaller than other equivalent equipments, but handles larger air volume.
2、本機組采用模塊式,整機安裝維修方便快捷。
This system is modularized, convenient in maintenance and set up.
3、濾料由網板支承,不會鼓起,保證集塵吸嘴貼附于濾料,吸塵可靠、效果好。濾筒部件由多個直徑大小不同的錐形網筒及插片式濾料網板組成,結構簡單新穎,更換濾料方便快捷。
Filter material is supported by screen, would not bulge out, the suction attached to filter material, ensures effective dust suction. Filter drum combined with various taper net drums and insertion type filter screen, simple and patent, easy to exchange the filter material.
4、多筒吸嘴部件由多個可調吸嘴和吸塵管組成,每個濾筒內采用長短雙吸嘴吸塵,縮短了往復行程,清潔速度快。
Suction component is combined of several adjustable suctions and pipes, every filter drum has long and short twin suctions, by which traverse travel shortened, ensures quick cleaning.
5、二級傳動機構由一臺減速機轉動,采用皮帶傳動方式,通過簡單實用的往復絲桿將單一的回轉運動轉換成旋轉加軸向往復的復合運動,完成集塵吸嘴的動作要求。整個傳動機構及控制電路簡單可靠,故障率低。
The 2nd transmission mechanism is driven by a decelerator with belts, through simple but practical traverse guide screw, changes the single rotating movement into rotating and axial traverse combined movements, in the purpose of suction effort. The whole transmission mechanism and control circuit is simple and reliable, with low failure rate.
四、結構及工作原理 Structure and Working Principle
多筒式除塵機組是由一級圓盤預過濾器與二級多筒式濾塵器構成的機電一體化除塵機組。第一級圓盤預過濾器主要過濾、分離、收集被處理空氣中的纖維和雜質;第二級多筒式過濾器主要過濾、分離、收集第一級過濾后空氣中剩余的微細纖塵和粉塵。
工作時,在主風機的抽吸作用下,塵室內呈負壓狀態,含塵氣流從入口處進入本機,首先通過一級圓盤濾網,長纖維和粗大雜質被阻留在不銹鋼濾網上,旋轉吸嘴利用排塵風機的風力,將附著在濾網上的長纖維和粗大雜質吸除,通過纖維分離器分離,壓緊排出,分離后的含塵空氣返回一級箱體內,細小粉塵隨氣流通過濾網進入二級多筒式濾塵器,經過長毛絨濾筒過濾的潔凈空氣排到機外,被吸附到長毛絨濾料表面的細微粉塵,由往復絲桿帶動的旋轉吸嘴吸入布袋集塵器進行塵氣分離,采用新型刷龍機構落灰、粉塵通過粉塵壓實器壓緊排出,分離出的含塵空氣透過集塵布袋返回二級箱體,保證了長毛絨纖維不堵塞,能連續有效工作,經過過濾的潔凈空氣透過濾筒排到機外。
This system is combined of two units of filters. The 1st one is a disc for pre-filtering, and 2nd one is a multi-drum filter. The first one is to pre-filter, separate, collect the fibers and impurities in the air flow. The second one is to filter, separate and collect the rest tiny dusts and fibers rest in the air flows out of the 1st one.
When being sucked by the main motor, the dust room is under negative air pressure, air flow with dusts enters this system by inlet, through the 1st disc filtering screen, long fibers and thick impurities is left on the stainless filtering screen, which will be sucked off by rotating suctions with the negative air pressure generated by dust-exhaust motor, and then separated and compressed by Fiber Separator before extracted. The air will go back to the first grade box, while the air flow with tiny dusts enters the 2nd grade multi-drum filter, clean air will then be exhausted to outer side through plush filter. Those tiny dusts left on the flush surface will be sucked into the cloth-bag dust collector by the suction (driven by traverse guide screw), and thus the air is filtered out, while dusts left inside the cloth-bag, and then compressed before being extracted.
五、工藝計算與選型 Process calculation and model selection

Q——處理風量 Air volume being handled
K——選用系數,根據處理空氣的含塵濃度和系統漏風率等因素確定。一般為1.1—1.3含塵濃度高或漏風率大時應按上限選擇,反之按下限選擇。Selection index, decided by the dust density of the air to be handled and air leakage rate of system. Normally 1.1~1.3, but it should be at the upper limit if high dust density or high air leakage, lower limit on the contrary.
Qo——理論計算處理風量 Theoretical calculation of the air volume to be handled
根據Q值按本機組推薦風量選擇合適的機型。
當進入本機組氣流中含塵雜質量較大或場地條件許可的情況下,盡可能選取較大規格的機型,盡可能不按本機組最大風量選擇機型規格,以降低濾塵設備的阻力,降低能耗,節約運行成本。
By data Q, select the appropriate type of system according to air volume recommended below.
When the air flow enters this system with bigger mass impurities, or, when the space area permits, please select as larger specification system as possible, try best to not select based on max. handling air volume, in order to reduce the resistance of filter equipment, reduce the energy cost, save operation cost.

七、機組安裝聯接 Installation
本機組無底腳螺栓,安裝場地應堅實平整,機組安裝時底板四周應墊平,安裝就位后底板周圍用混凝土封實。
外形結構、安裝位置及預埋管線詳見(圖一)。
This system hasn’t anchor bolt, ground surface should be firm and smooth, bottom board should be horizontally leveled by adjusting the height of all four corners of bottom, then the surrounding area of bottom board should be filled and sealed with concrete.

八、電箱操作說明 Operation Instruction of Electricity Box
開車順序:開濾塵機組約2分鐘后開主風機 Start sequence: Run Filter unit about 2 minutes, then start main motor.
關車順序:關主風機約2分鐘后關濾塵機組
Stop sequence: stop main motor first for 2 minutes, then stop the Filter unit.
濾塵機組運行:將各部件按鈕調到自動檔,按下濾塵啟動(SB2),纖分風機,纖維分離器,圓盤,集塵風機,多筒開始作業。10分鐘后(KT1,整定)多筒,集塵風機停止工作,刷龍粉塵壓實器開始工作,3分鐘后(KT2,整定)刷籠停止,(粉塵壓實器繼續工作2分鐘,然后KT3整定)。多筒,集塵風機啟動,開始下一循環。這樣周而復始,持續工作。也可根據實際工作情況,對各時間繼電器作適當調整。
主風機運行:按下主風機啟動(SB8)主風機作降壓啟動,15秒后(KT4,整定),主風機全壓運行。
維修調試:機組安裝結束,檢查各部件安裝正確無誤,將各部件按鈕調到手動位置,手動操作按鈕,逐個檢查各部件轉向是否正確,否則,改變電機相位,使其轉向與要求相符。
故障警報:當機組某一電機出現過載時,故障指示燈(HL1)亮,機組停止保護時,查明原因后,重新投入運行。
Operating of Filter unit: Turn all the buttons to “Auto”, then push the (SB2) Filter start button, Fiber separator motor, fiber separator, disc, dust collector motor and multi-drum would run. After 10 minutes (KT1 sets), multi-drum and dust collector motor would stop, the suction and dust compressor would start to work, after 3 minutes (KT2 sets), brushes would stop (but dust compressor would continue working for 2 minutes then KT3 works to set). Then multi-drum and dust collector motor would start, followed the next circle. So it goes round and round, continue working. According to reality needs, various time relays can be adjusted.
Main motor operating: Push the main motor start button (SB8), main motor would start under wattage reduction, after 15 seconds (KT4 sets), main motor runs with full wattage.
Maintenance debug: After system installation, every component should be checked, adjust every button to “manual” position, manually control the buttons one by one, to check the function of every unit, otherwise, change the phase position of motor, thus the motor running direction can be changed accordingly.
Malfunction alarm: When one motor is overload, the malfunction indication lamp (HL1) would light up, system would be stopped, check and solve the reasons before re-start the system.
九、設備的調試維護保養 Debug, maintenance of equipment
1、注意應定時觀察設備的運行情況(至少每小時一次),發現異常應及時排除。Periodically observe the operation of system (at least once per hour), timely solve any error found.
2、前紡工藝設備應避免大塊的纖維送入濾塵設備吸風管道,以防止此類纖維將一級圓盤吸嘴卡死。
Big trunk of fibers should be avoided to enter the suction pipes of filter system from spinning process, to avoid Grade 1 disc suction to be blocked.
3、每班結束停車時,應清潔機內積塵與飛花。側重于第一級圓盤與纖維分離器,第二級應檢查橡膠吸嘴是否被意外進入的飛花堵塞。
After every shift, the dust and strayed cottons should be wiped off from mainly the Grade 1 disc and fiber separator, the rubber suction of Grade 2 should be checked to avoid being blocked by waste cottons.
4、每周檢查一次減速器是否有異常發熱,異常響聲等情況,并注意經常檢查減速器油位線,油位線過低要及時加油。
The decelerator should be checked once per week on abnormal heating up and any unusual sound, etc, oil level should be checked regularly, if it’s too low, oil should be replenished in time.
5、注意適時調整傳動皮帶的張緊力。
Tension of the transmission belts should be checked and adjusted regularly.
6、應定期對主風機進行檢查,檢查主風機、電動機地腳螺栓的緊固情況,檢查主風機軸承溫升是否異常。(詳見主風機說明書)。
Main motor should be checked periodically, situation of foundation bolts of motor and main fan should be checked, bearing temperature should be checked too to see if there is any abnormal rising up.(Details please see the Main Motor Manual).
7、應做好濾塵設備及濾塵室的清潔工作,每班清掃一級、二級塵室及刷籠室內尼龍袋,并注意防潮。
Keep cleaning the filter system and the filtering room, the dust room of Grade 1 and Grade 2, the nylon bag in brush cage should be swept every shift, moisture to be avoided.

十一、訂貨須知 Ordering instruction
1、 根據工藝條件(工序、設備、原料、品種等)合理選擇濾塵機組規格,并確定進風口形狀、大小、位置尺寸(可根據用戶要求在頂板上或底板上開孔)。
Select filter system according to process conditions (process, equipment, raw material, type, etc.), decide type, size, position of the inlets (Holes can be opened in top or bottom boards according to customer needs).
2、 本機組成套(含主機、輔機、集控柜、機組內電線及風管)供應。第一、第二級機組也可以單獨使用,訂貨時必須說明。
This system is supplied in whole unit (including main equipment, accessory equipments, centralized control cabinet wires and pipes inside). Grade 1 and Grade 2 can be used separately or alone, please indicate it in the order.
3、 機組不含外接管道、主風機(包括對應的控制部分)。根據濾塵系統的設計要求,須另行訂購。
This system doesn’t include outer pipes, main motor (also not include the related control system). These should be order separately.
4、 機組外電氣管線(包括集控柜到接線箱之間的電控線及預埋管)由用戶自備。
Electricity wires and pipes outer side of this system should be prepared by customer (wires and pre-buried pipes from centralized cabinet to power source).
